WORKING METHOD

Release file

The release file is a controlled working record for one shipment, not a generic checklist copied from another booking.

Open the shipment record

We register the booking or job reference, parties, commodity, package count, gross weight, container requirement, nominated port or depot, target sailing information and the agreed document owners.

Review readiness before cut-off

The desk checks which originals, approvals, shipping instructions, verified weight information or carrier details are required for the stated movement. The responsible specialist confirms regulated items; the desk records status and deadline.

Reconcile the physical handover

Container, seal, vehicle and driver details are matched to the approved record. Any difference is sent to the named decision-maker before a new gate instruction is released.

Close the desk record

Gate or handover evidence is attached to the shipment reference, remaining originals or acknowledgements are listed, and the client receives a concise close-out note rather than an unexplained “done” status.

Operational check supporting the current logistics record
The working record is updated where the work happens.
