Shipment contacts and references
Business names, telephone numbers, email addresses, booking references and cargo notes are used to assess an enquiry and coordinate the relevant shipment. Contact details should belong to people authorised to act for the shipper, carrier, broker or receiving party.
Operational sharing
Information may be shared with the named carrier, customs or shipping contact, terminal-facing party or receiving contact when needed for the requested handover. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.
Record retention
Correspondence and shipment-working records are kept only for a reasonable operational, commercial or legal period. A request for access, correction or deletion is reviewed against any record that must still be retained.
