Coordination role
Kyabram Cargo Desk prepares records and coordinates handovers. Customs clearance, shipping-line approval, terminal acceptance, cargo insurance and regulated declarations remain with the appropriately appointed party unless a separate written scope says otherwise.
Shipment facts
The client must provide accurate cargo description, package count, gross weight, booking or job references, dates, equipment needs and access conditions. Dangerous, controlled, refrigerated, oversized or otherwise specialist cargo must be disclosed before work is accepted.
Cut-offs and third-party decisions
A requested cut-off, sailing or gate time is not guaranteed by this website. Carrier availability and all terminal, customs, line or authority decisions remain subject to confirmation by the responsible party.
Exceptions and evidence
A changed unit, seal, quantity, appointment or release status may require a replacement instruction and affect the schedule or charge. Visible shortage, damage or refusal should be recorded at handover and reported promptly with the shipment reference.
