Export documentation desk
Kyabram Cargo Desk prepares and maintains the working record used to move commercial export cargo between inland collection points and Alexandria-area terminals or depots.
The desk organises information and handovers. It does not issue customs approvals, control terminal cut-offs or replace the licensed customs broker, shipping line or terminal. Those decisions are recorded from the responsible party and passed into the current instruction.
Before the nominated cut-off, the desk reviews the booking reference, shipper and consignee details, cargo description, package count, gross weight, requested equipment and the list of documents assigned to each party. Items awaiting a shipper, carrier, broker or line response remain explicitly open.
The current container number, seal number and vehicle details are checked against the approved movement record before gate action. A mismatch is escalated for correction; it is not silently copied into the next message.
The nominated driver or carrier receives the approved terminal or depot, gate reference, appointment, contact and evidence requirement. A revised gate instruction is issued when release status, unit, timing or destination changes.
